Batch Mode in Report Builder

Generate the same report structure across multiple drugs, companies, or indications at once using Batch Mode in Report Builder, with pinned items for consistent analytical context.

When you need the same competitive profile for 9 drugs in an indication, or the same company overview applied across a watchlist of acquisition targets, Batch Mode lets you generate up to 10 reports in a single run with consistent structure across all of them.

When Batch Mode saves time

Use Batch Mode when you need to apply one report blueprint across multiple entities. Common scenarios include generating per-drug competitive profiles for an entire indication, creating company overviews for a list of potential partners, or running the same clinical trial summary template across a set of assets.

Enable Batch Mode

  1. Open Report Builder and select or generate your blueprint.

  2. In the Attachments section on the right, click Batch Mode (next to Tagged Items).

Select items and use pinned context

Tag up to 10 items (drugs, companies, indications, or other entities). Each tagged item generates one report. Items appear with a pin icon.

Pinned items apply as shared context across all reports in the batch. For example, if you tag 9 drugs and 1 indication, then pin the indication, Report Builder generates one report per drug (9 total), each written in the context of that pinned indication. This lets you scale report creation while keeping a consistent analytical frame.

Generate and access batch reports

Click Generate Report. A confirmation overlay shows the number of reports that will be created, which items are pinned, and lets you remove any tagged items before proceeding. After confirming, all reports generate simultaneously and are stored together in a single folder within your workspace for easy review and sharing.
