Overview
Maven Bio provides Batch Mode within Report Builder, enabling you to generate multiple reports in a single workflow. Batch Mode is designed for use cases where the same report structure needs to be applied across multiple entities, such as drugs, companies, or indications—saving time and ensuring consistency.
When to Use Batch Mode
Batch Mode is ideal when you need to:
Generate the same report across multiple drugs, companies, or assets
Maintain consistent structure and context across reports
Save time on repetitive report creation
Accessing Batch Mode
Open Report Builder and enter configuration mode(Select/ generate the desired blueprint).
On the right-hand side, locate the Attachments section.
You will see Batch Mode next to Tagged Items.
Click Batch Mode to enable it.
Once enabled, you can begin selecting items for bulk report generation.
Selecting Items in Batch Mode
You can tag up to 10 items in Batch Mode, ie: generate upto 10 reports at a time.
Each selected item appears with a pin icon.
The total number of items selected determines the total number of reports that will be generated unless you have pinned 1 or many items.
Using Pinned Items
Pinned items apply globally across all generated reports in a given batch.
Example:
You tag 9 drugs and 1 indication.
You pin the indication.
Report Builder generates one report per drug(total 9), each written in the context of the pinned indication.
This allows you to scale report creation while maintaining a consistent analytical context.
Generating Reports in Batch Mode
Once you have selected the items:
Click Generate Report.
An overlay opens showing:
The number of reports that will be generated
The pinned item(s) applied across all reports
An option to remove any tagged items before proceeding
Review the configuration and make any necessary adjustments.
Running and Accessing Batch Reports
After confirming:
Click Generate Report in the overlay.
All reports will begin generating simultaneously.
Once completed:
All reports are stored together in a single folder within the Your Work section.
This makes it easy to review, share, or organize the batch output as a group.
